You can either call the arena on the Monday or Tuesday to confirm numbers and to make final payment, however we are going to call you to collect all the information on your behalf the week of your party to ensure a smooth party is delivered with all your options.Īll participants and supervising guardians are required to fill out Flip Out’s Waiver prior to using the equipment. You may change dates any time up to 7 Days before the day of the party and your deposit will be applied to another date. This allows us to order food and arrange staff to host your party.
Once received, FLIP OUT will provide the customer with the choice of a refund for that item, replacement of that item (where possible) or adequate compensation.Here’s a few things you need to know about your Party.Ī non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. If you have received faulty or damaged goods please email our support team on details on the return processįaulty items must be returned to FLIP OUT within 30 calendar days after finding the fault. Any costs incurred during the return of goods are to be covered at the customer’s expense. If you have purchased the incorrect size, you may exchange the item for the correct size within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Strictly no refunds will be provided for any items purchased through the FLIP OUT pop-up store if the purchaser changes their mind or orders the incorrect size.
